This is strictly for those who prefer to work out alone but still need the advice of a professional trainer. Receive personalized exercise plans and nutritional advice without the one on one presence of a trainer. You can also receive prepared meals to help with furthering results if interested.

       1. Day to day exercise plans

             $ 50 a week/ 5 meals

             $ 95 a week/ 10 meals

            GROUP TRAINING

This is two or more people in a training session for couples, motivational reasons, sport activities, similar goals, etc. This style training is less personal than one on one but still effective in achieving goals as a team. If you feel that having someone familiar with you while exercising is better for you pick this option.

This is one on one training that focuses the exercise, nutrition, workout plans, etc. on one person so they can have full attention put on achieving their goals. I definitely recommend this style to those who are new to exercise or highly goal oriented.
